As the season goes on and your competition gets weaker...you will be getter stronger, recovering faster, and reducing the chance of injury. This 11 week, 2 day per week program is for serious athletes that want to compete at their best. Athletes will undergo an extended self-myofascial release and compression session to enhance recovery and improve mobility. Athletes will then perform their lift, which is designed to progressively improve explosiveness and strength.
