Coach Wegner, a certified collegiate strength coach and performance specialist, has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best college strength and conditioning coaches in the country. Wegner has been trained as a Sports Performance Coach at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs by USA Weightlifting and is certified to teach the Olympic lifts and their variations. He is also able to give SPARQ Ratings and provide SPARQ Training for Developmental and High School athletes as a Certified SPARQ Trainer. In addition, he holds a Masters of Science, specializing in Exercise Physiology, and has taught courses in the Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences Department at Texas Tech University.
